Biodynamic Association

United Kingdom

The Biodynamic Association (BDA) is the UK charity dedicated to supporting farmers, gardeners, growers and foresters to use biodynamic methods and gain BDA Certification as applicable. The Biodynamic Association works closely with its partner charities, the Biodynamic Agricultural College (BDAC) and the Biodynamic Land Trust (BLT). Together the BDA and our partners promote biodynamic techniques that protect the environment and safeguard our precious natural resources through the regeneration of our soils and lands. Biodynamic farming encompasses a system where the health and vitality of soils, plants, animals, people and our earth is paramount.

Feminist Food Journal

Europe

Feminist Food Journal (FFJ) is a magazine and podcast dedicated to a feminist food future. Edited by Isabela Bonnevera and Zoë Johnson, it publishes biweekly essays and audio pieces that examine food, culture, and society through global feminist perspectives. FFJ is currently on its eighth issue, BODY. Past issues include MILK, WAR, SEX, EARTH, CITY, SEA, and MEAT.

Innovative Farmers

Innovative Farmers is a not-for-profit network, managed by Soil Association, that connects farmers and growers with researchers to conduct on-farm trials known as field labs. Since 2012, we’ve launched over 150 field labs across the UK, awarding over £650k of funding in small grants to groups of farmers. Our network extends across the UK and is open to anyone who farms or grows commercially; whether in dairy, arable, horticulture, livestock, on a small-holding or an estate.

The Conscious Food Systems Alliance (CoFSA), convened by UNDP, is a movement of food, agriculture, and consciousness practitioners united around a common goal: to support people from across food and agriculture systems to cultivate the inner capacities that activate systemic change and regeneration.

La Via Campesina

International

La Via Campesina (LVC) is the biggest peasant movement in the world, gathering and representing small and middle-scale producers; rural workers; peasant women; gender diverse and youth and indigenous communities. LVC has worked in close relation with ORFC organisers to develop and propose six online sessions covering a wide range of topics and key priorities for the movement.
